Hi Dr Calvin,

Thank you for the follow up. I want to thank you for your expertise , caring and tough love approach in treating my frozen shoulder. I have seen many Chiropractors in the last 20 some years and I found you as one and only true healer and practitioner. I am trying to work on it daily as you had show me and I know who to call when I need help .

Thank you ,
GS

"Love this place! Just a great vibe from start to finish. All the staff are great but, Dr. Kamell has helped me with what had been chronic low back and neck pain from long hours sitting and working on a computer. I can now sleep comfortably at night! I highly recommend this place. Oh! Almost forgot to commend my massage therapist, Melanie. Great deep tissue massage!!"

"I really have to tip my hat to this place. Everyone was very friendly when we first got there, and the massage I had was over- the- top amazing. Honestly, I didn't know what to expect. We bought the Living Social deal and I used to live near a massage school so I've had plenty of good and not so good experiences. John was my therapist and from the time I sat down with him until the time I left I felt like he was fully present, and I was his main concern. First difference from other massages: He had a soft topper to his massage table that contoured to my body. I've never been so comfortable on a massage table! Second difference: He really paid attention to the pressure. If you've had massages before, you know not every therapist is in tune with your tolerance level. John not only verified more than once how firm a massage I wanted, but he checked in as we went along. Third difference: I left feeling better than I have in a long long time. You know how after some massages you feel more relaxed, or you notice little changes? After THIS massage, I noticed BIG changes. My breathing was better, my range of motion was noticeably better, and I didn't feel like any part of my body was requiring more immediate attention. I don't know how the chiropractic part of this place is... but man, if it's anything like the massage I had from John... I would HIGHLY recommend them."

"I was given the livingsocial coupon for massage as a gift, and it was a great gift! I was able to get in within a week, and was placed with Susan. She is a phenomenal massage therapist. I have received massage regularly by several therapists over the last ten years, and she is up at the top of my list. Our consultation was thorough and she was sure to ask what my priorities were for our time. She was very attentive to my comfort level throughout the massage. I like deep tissue massage, and Susan's hands were super strong. The front desk was very polite and willing to look up my health benefits to see what I may qualify for. Hopefully regular treatment with Susan!"

"Still fantastic. I have been back a few more times since, and have nothing but the best experience. I am REALLY dismayed by those reviews from the LivingSocial non-repeating clients. It is pretty obvious to me that those reviewers are those entitled general public that pay the least, but expect the impossible. These same people use Yelp as a threat to obtain favors from vendors, and are just despicable. I stand by every word I wrote about this clinic. I am their repeating client and have received nothing but world-class service. Calling Sam a "hard-sell" is incredibly insulting to one of the most lady-like and polite front desk lady I have met in a long time. If the doctor believed that you need further treatment (as I did), it is her JOB to communicate that to you. That is not hard-sell, that is care for your health. Any one else reading these reviews, do yourself a favor and ignore those with "LivingSocial" written over it. I maintain my opinion (as someone with much business experience) that these deal sites are harmful to small businesses; and here's a perfect proof."

"Think of a healthy disc like a pregnant woman, maybe a month pregnant. There is little to no bulging. The more unhealthy, or herniated, your disc is, the deeper into "pregnancy" it looks -- a really badly herniated disc is bulging like a woman about to give birth. My disc basically gave birth. I ruptured it, spilled the contents of the L5 disc into my spinal cord, compressing the sciatic nerve, and causing me more pain than I have ever experienced in my life. Relentless, stabbing, piercing, mind-shattering pain. I've burned myself, and that rapid hurt for a few seconds shocked me. I've had pain that lasted a few hours, like breaking my wrist, and it was miserable. I even had to do scar-treatment on my foot after being run over by a car, and it's pretty painful to dip an open wound into hot boiling salty alcohol water for hours at a time. But unending, hour after hour, day after day pain, shooting up and down my leg over and over? I was ready to go get started on that heroin addiction the rockstars are always talking about. I fantasized about stabbing my leg repeatedly with sharp objects. I thought that maybe if I got hit by a car or beat up by thugs or swallowed a cup full of broken glass, the pain from that might take my mind off my leg. Not to mention how disturbing it was to not be able to feel the right side of my right leg, or my little toe. I spoke with a Neurosurgeon and an Orthopedic surgeon, both very well regarded and conservative surgeons. They looked at my MRI and basically told me the same bad news: "This is really bad. You don't have much option here; you either have this removed (with a microdiscectomy), or you suffer through mind-blowing pain for 6 months and hope you're one of the minority who's disc repairs itself. And there's only about a 30-40% chance of that happening, and you may be in here doing the surgery anyway." "What about this Decompression stuff I've been reading about on the internet?" I asked. Both surgeons had the same answer: "Research done in 2007 shows traction doesn't work. Decompression is basically traction. You can try it if you want, but it is just a waste of money." So I went and spoke with a chiropractor in L.A. at my dad's request. He had a different story to tell: "Traction doesn't work. However, Decompression is significantly different; it pulls differently, multiple times per second, and detects when you're resisting and relaxes, whereas traction was a steady pull that patients tended to resist." He quoted research that his clinic had been doing recently, and expressed that they had had great results. Combined with a rehab program that included exercises and posture training, I could see the potential for a non-surgical option that would include future injury prevention. Unfortunately, that D.C. in L.A. was extremely expensive, and I couldn't see myself flying down weekly. So I had a look online, and found Dr. Kamell and Eastlake Chiropractic. Decompression, spinal correction, physical therapy. I have to admit: I was hesitant still. My leg had started to feel better, and I was putting off doing anything about it. However, right around my birthday, two months after the onset of the pain, BAM it kicked in full force, and I had no choice but to do SOMETHING. So, I gave them a call, and got an appointment within a day or two. Several things struck me: First off, the office is modern, clean, comfortable. I didn't get the impression that this is some fly-by-night quack job--surprising considering the D.C. in L.A. was about three times more expensive and his office was shabby in comparison. Second, the staff is awesome. Friendly, personable, I look forward to heading in just for the warm, informal welcome. Third, in the first consultation, Dr. Kamell went through everything with me, including the severity of my injury and the possibility that decompression may not fix it. He corrected my back and neck, and pain I didn't even notice I had, that I had been putting up with, suddenly disappeared. Whoah! Then, he took me over to the decompression table, strapped me in, and I had my first decompression treatment. 15 minutes of traction, while lying on my back in a comfy room listening to music and playing on my iPhone. The visit finished with a set of exercises to start doing to build up core strength without damaging myself further. Also, I got a goody bag: a little lunch sack with a massage ball, some pain salves, and a booklet running through good posture techniques for sitting, standing, lifting, bending, etc. "Study these, that's your homework, you will be tested," he joked. The most pleasant surprise? I mentioned above that the D.C. in L.A. was about three times more expensive. That is NOT a joke. I can totally afford these treatments. Stay tuned for progress reports..."

"Dr Lincoln Kamel is amazing. I have had neck, lower back and hip issues and he has come to the rescue every single time. He is even opened a couple of Saturday's a month. And his accounting office is on top of things too! There is always free parking right in front (spots 1-5) and his friendly dog is there to greet you every time."

"Outstanding massage by Lisa Glaser. Got a reminder email with the paperwork I could print out at home to bring in so I didn't have to sit in the office and fill it out. The place is easy to find, has parking, the office is clean and updated and the staff was extremely friendly. I told Lisa, when she asked what I needed, that I had recently had back surgery and she used caution but worked the area so I was able to have much relief. I also have fibromyalgia so she checked with me several times about the pressure. Comfortable room, warm bed, great massage. Try it!!! :)"

"Imagine one of those days that just drags on at work. You've looked at the clock a few hundred times and it's not moving. Plus, it's Friday so all you want to do is be at home with a glass of wine, your loved one at your side, and a cat on your lap. What's the only thing that could make a long day great? A massage that follows that same feeling of your day and seems longer than just the hour that it is. My massage yesterday with Savanna was one of the best I have ever had...and with my back issues and a husband who is a former massage therapist, I have had a fair amount of experience. Savanna asked right away about my problem areas, and about pressure, and when I told her I liked a lot of pressure she said "We'll get along just fine then." Unlike a lot of therapists that do wishy-washy light movements in between the more deep tissue work, Savanna worked into an area with medium pressure that very soon turned to the harder pressure I like, and made each movement there count using continual deep tissue pressure. Because every stroke was done with such intention, I felt like I got double the massage I normally get. Halfway through I was sure it must be almost over, and couldn't believe we still had half an hour left. Another thing: Savanna allowed us to keep things completely quiet, which in my opinion is how a massage should be. How can you relax and focus on your aching muscles when someone is talking to you for an hour? The office is located in a very unassuming building, with a winding, bland office interior hallway, but when you enter the chiropractic center it is an interior designer's touches everywhere with each room decorated in a different way, all relaxing color tones, nice furniture, and artwork. My Living Social coupon for here resulted in a surprisingly blissful experience and I will be back."

"I've gone to several chiropracters and have finally found "the one". Dr. Kammel has helped me get rid of back pain that I've had for many years now and I can't thank him enough. Not only is he great at his job, he's got a great sense of humor and is a pleasure to be around. Also, the Office Manager (Sam) is a hoot! You won't regret going here!"

"I have trusted Dr. Kammel for years and he has fixed every back & neck kink or crick I've thrown at him. I always leave his office feeling younger and more flexible. I can't imagine how stiff and bent I would be by now without my secret weapon. Appointments are quick and efficient, I never have to wait morethan 5 minutes. I can be in and out in 15 mintues and feeling so much better every time; every visit is worth the money and the trip over there. Dr. Kammel has been doing this for so long that he can find and fix a problem in no time and with no nonsense. He's safe, knowlegable, and effective. I highly recommend him for anyone and everyone."

"I've been seeing Dr Lincoln Kamell for 2 years now and I have always been pleased. AND I'm not easy to please. I had chronic neck and shoulder pain so bad that it was waking me up at night. I was eating Ibuphofen like candy. After about 5 - 6 visits I was sleeping through the night and no longer needed any meds. Since then I've been coming in for a tune-up every 4 to 6 weeks and I'm good as gold. That the staff are sincere and friendly makes for a great over all experience!"

"Dr. Kamell helped me feel better quickly (I have hip and low back problems) and really seems to enjoy what he does, which makes visits that much more pleasant. After talking to friends who see other chiropractors (Dr. Kamell is the only one I've seen) I think he has less of an "assembly-line" approach than some. I've personally never had any billing or other problems and would recommend his office highly."

"About two weeks ago I was quaffing Tylenol 4 (with bonus opiates!) like Skittles and was still in so much pain I was on the brink of pantywaist sobs and mewling in the morning. At best, I could barely feign civility because it felt like someone was flossing the entire left side of my body, from my ass to my ankle, with high-tensile hard-knotted barbed wire. Constantly. I figured I'd have to see a few different types of doctors, but first I went to my usual chiropractor. I've always liked him, but I did try and communicate my agony, and he looked so perfectly disinterested; then, at the end of the appointment (which did not help at all), he informed me he'd be gone for a week. He didn't even try and suggest what might be happening to my back (or ass, or leg); he just pleasantly bid me adieu. So I Yelped the hell out of the chiropractors in town and found Dr. Kamell and Co. Damn. Now I feel like I might as well have been getting regular visits from a 14th century Venetian plague doctor. It's not that my old doctor didn't help me. Once, he really did. But when I got very acute (not cute, mind you. I'm ALWAYS CUTE) it seemed I was in the wrong place. Talk about a difference. Dr. Kamell, after listening to my whingeing, suspected a bulging disc and resulting sciatic nerve pressure. He cautioned it could be quite serious and that I shouldn't expect immediate results or relief. Rather than do an adjustment, he put me in The Decompress-or. (DUH duh DUHHHH!) which is sort of like being drawn and...well, not quartered, but halved. In a good way. It basically pulls your north and south ends away from each other--very useful when compaction seems to be what is ailing you. After one session I felt a sliver of relief, but I was tentative and not especially hopeful. I was put on continuous daily appointments. In that time, Dr. Kamell was gone a few times, and either Matt, another doctor there, and Molly or Sam, wonderful women who work in the front of the office, strapped me into the rack. Every day I'd say I improved 15% or 20%. Within the first week, pain went from outrageous, to manageable, and finally to very minimal (only in the mornings), which was better than anyone expected, I think. When the pain gave way, I suddenly became aware of how just...crooked and badly put-back-together I felt. Sometimes it seemed, going downstairs, like my torso was pointed in the right direction, but my hips and legs were trying to go due west. In Kamell's absence, Matt adjusted my back and neck very lightly and this helped enormously. I recommend both of these guys for adjustments--they were fantastic. This review is long overdue, possibly because I've been so occupied in this clinic, with daily visits to treat the sciatic nerve pain I went to see them for in the first place. But these guys really know what they're doing. I'm endlessly grateful to them for stretching me back into Homo Erectus-ville again."

"I am so glad Paul wrote this review. I go here. I was a bit nervous when my chiropracter of 20 years closed up shop to travel around the world and he assured us we would be in good hands here. WE ARE! From the front desk good will and positive humor to the caring care of all chirporactors one is blessed. Sometimes its like accupuncture - like why do I go? I put myself in my trust of excellecnt caring people mode and always leave feeling better.Straighter, taller, less stressed, less pain. And wanting to go back."

"I didn't want to see a chiropractor because I think a lot of them are crooks (I told Dr. Kamell this as well), but after many visits, I can honestly say that I really like it here. Dr. Kamell is super cool (for lack of a better term), laid-back, accommodating, and funny. Sam is really great (the other front desk staff are so-so) and I love that he has Tasha (his dog) hanging out at the office. Although getting adjusted still freaks me out a bit we get through it with jokes and my nervous laughter. I feel that Dr. Kamell is genuinely concerned about my health and is looking out for my best interest (and not just his wallet). I hope I don't have to see a chiropractor again, but if I do I will be going to his office."

"Dr Kamell is an amazing chiropractor. I've been going here for over five years and the man is a magician. I've had whiplash twice and he is gentle and precise enough to help get my neck in alignment. I don't know what I would do without him. I've tried a few other chiropractors in town but Lincoln Kamell is the best and I won't go anywhere else. Sam at the front desk is super to work with as well and she will help fit you in when you need help. I was referred by my acupuncturist who was referred to me by a friend of a friend who was a naturopath from Bastyr -- and now I'm recommending him to you. ;)"

"I have been getting adjustments from Dr. Kamell for a couple years now, ever since my old chiropractor closed up shop. Dr. Kamell is as good as they come. Within moments of him accessing my bad shoulder/back, he is able pinpoint the source of the pain, briefly work out the knot and adjust me back to center. (As with any visit to any medical professional, you will also want to communicate your needs and expectations to get the best care) Need a massage? You've also come to the right place. Savannah Bryant, LMP (as well as a few other accomplished and licensed massage practitioners) can help straighten you out. I have made more progress in the time I have been going to this office than I have for the past ten years. Everyone I have come into contact with at this office is friendly, welcoming, considerate, knowledgeable, genuine...I could keep going. Overall, it is always a great experience. I highly recommend becoming a patient if you need some relief, and the zig-zagging hallways to get to the office reminds me of the opening sequence of I Heart Huckabees. It's a win win!"

Dr. Kamell truly listens to what i have to say and gives me advice on preventive measures i can take. The office is friendly and Sam at the front desk makes each visit personalized. "I am a loyal patient of Dr kamell's, I use to have upper back, and neck pain for about 3 years before meeting Dr. Kamell. I was in a car accident that left me with pain that made it hard to sleep and even hard to drive or sit for long periods of time. He has been working with me to cure my pain and I'll tell you what, I've never felt better. I couldn't believe how great I felt after the tension was relived and the pain slowly started to diminish. I can now get to sleep and stay asleep without a problem, i can work out, drive and clean the house with out feeling horrible afterwords. Dr. Kamell also worked on my left foot after I noticed I was getting pain after running. He preformed a graston technique that has really seemed to help relive the pain. Overall i highly recommend East lake Chiropractic, they have a friendly vibe and Dr. Kamell's cute puppy Tasha is always there to greet me. -Sally G."

He recommended massage and decompression along with chiropractic adjustments and after a few weeks of care I was sleeping like a baby! I was able to do all of my treatment right there in his office which made it easy to complete my treatment plan. Now I just pop in for a check- up every 4 - 6 weeks and I feel great! "There can be a wide range of skill and expertise, not to mention "people skills", in any profession. Dr. Lincoln Kamell has all of those in abundance. When I experienced my first episode of back pain several years ago, I went to see him. He helped me understand what was happening and in a few minutes I learned some essential body mechanics that have helped me stay out of trouble since then. Over the years, I've returned on a regular basis, sometimes for specific reasons, but sometimes for a "tune-up". Dr. Kamell has a wide range of skills. He has worked dancers from the Pacific Northwest Ballet. And most interestingly, a portion of his practice is devoted to pets (mainly dogs)!"

Lincoln Kamell is one of the best I have been treated by anywhere in the country and I've lived in Detroit, Chicago, California and here in Seattle and been treated in all of them. We travel a lot; I try to have an adjustment right after returning from a trip. The close quarters in coach make for tight shoulders and lower back. Five Star! Stuart Wilber"

"If you are in need of a chiropractor, I highly recommend Eastlake Chiropractic Center. I was referred to this center by my massage therapist over two years ago and I can't begin to tell you how pleased I have been. I am still a client. Dr. Lincoln Kamell is the best chiropractor I have met to date and there is no need for me to look further. And for those of you who question the effectiveness of chiropractors or chiropractic work, after your first appointment with Dr. Lincoln Kamel, I assure you your concerns will vanish. I was one of those people due to past experiences. Dr. Lincoln Kamel has the utmost integrity with his work and takes every patient and their needs very seriously. "I went here with a LivingSocial deal from last year. I had a really great massage with Taylor. Not only was the massage great, but also the customer service that I experienced was fantastic. The massage: I told Taylor that I was really stiff in my neck and shoulders and asked her to focus there. And that's exactly what she did. She did an all-over massage and then spent the last 20 or so minutes just on my shoulders and neck. It was awesome. She completely worked out this knot that I had in my right shoulder. And although I usually don't like to talk during massages, we had a really great and enlightening conversation. Customer service: They took my LivingSocial coupon after the expiration date because they had gotten so busy - I thought that was really nice because they could have just said, "Nope, sorry but you should have made your appointment sooner." And they woman I spoke to on the phone was very polite and helpful. Then after my appointment, they took my insurance info and let me know if massages are covered (sadly, they're not). It's just nice that they took those extra steps. Bottom line: I'd come back here again for a massage with Taylor."

"This was my first professional massage so I have nothing really to compare it to, other than expectations. I always thought of a massage as being painful or useless. Deb at Eastlake Chiropractic and Massage proved both wrong. It was relaxing and I felt the benefits right away. I'm sure my body will feel even better tomorrow. First impression was kind of so-so. Parking was adequate but not very clear because of maximum times on the signs. The receptionist was inviting and polite. Deb, my masseuse, was very nice and not intimidating at all. We sat for a few minutes to go over specific pains or areas I wanted the massage to be concentrated on. Lucky for me she has background in sports related massages. I consider myself a novice runner and my legs have been sore for the past few days. Deb knew exactly where my pains where and the right pressure to use to get the "knots" out. Just by the massage alone, she knew where my problem areas were and possible causes. She definitely went beyond my expectation of what a professional massage was going to be like and has raised the bar for future massages. I'll definitely be back after my half marathon and will be asking for Deb. It would be difficult for me to recommend this place for those who have had massages before but for first timers...definitely! So why less than 5 stars? Though the massage was more than I expected, the ambiance, was not. Small, cramped, and dreary. But that's my opinion.."

"Came in with a living social deal with not super high expectations. Even during the massage, which didn't put me to sleep, I didn't think Susan was doing anything super amazing. Yes, she made me hurt a little in a good way, but from all the running I do there's always tender spots on my body so it was to be expected. Fast forward to the next day and Oh My God my body hasn't felt this fresh and limber since.... I can't even remember! It's like I haven't done any physical activity in a week! (even though I ran 48 miles last week and 5 yesterday before the appointment.) I'm used to waking up stiff and a little sore and my shins felt a little splinty yesterday even, but today I popped out of bed and was running up and down the stairs like I had just stretched for an hour. Oh, and I almost never stretch. (shame on me). I have been looking for a regular place nearby for massages for almost two years and have not been impressed by anyone but I think I've found a winner!! Ps: the reason it's 4 and not 5 stars is because there's a place waaaayyyy up in north end that's even more amazing. But due to its location I would not trek up there more than once a year."

"I really appreciate Dr. Kamels skillful and sensitive approach to adjustments. He seems to intuitively feel when and how to adjust. Then it does not become a matter of force. It is almost like he coaxes the body to relax and uses just the right amount of pressure. The office also has a nice traction table. Excellent chiropractor."

"I have been fortunate to be cared for by Dr. Kamell and his fantastic team for more than 10 years. I used to have terrible headaches and regular chiropractic work has done wonders. Where before I would have 2 to 3 headaches a week, I rarely get them now. When I have had to travel for long periods (2 to 3 months) and am not able to visit Dr. Kamell, I definitely notice the difference. My first appointment when I get back in town is always with Dr. K. Recently, I had a neck injury and now have a herniated disc. Dr. K has been fantastic. I have worked with orthopedic specialists on this issue but nobody has been able to help like Dr. K and his decompression therapy. As you can see, I don't write a lot of reviews but I wanted to make sure that everyone knew about the great team at Eastlake Chiropractic. Sam and the front office team are so friendly and work hard to help you get in and out without wasting any time. They are kind, caring and funny. I always leave with a smile on my face. Love, love, love them!"

"I love this place!!! No high-pressure sales pitch, just super-nice people. Dr. Kamell is thorough, gentle and respectful of my approach to chiropractic care and I've had plenty of other experiences in the last 30 years that I couldn't say that about. My masseuse Melanie is awesome, between her and Dr. Kamell they keep me doing a physically challenging job and being athletic and active outside of work."

"I have had... transformative experiences there with the therapists after my motorcycle accident.. I've seen both John and Tamara several times. Tamara basically kicked the crap out of me and explained to me what she was doing and why -things about posture and habits that I had never known could affect my well-being. She explained to me how my muscles locked up after my accident and needed releasing, and I've noticed a significant improvement since I started going several weeks ago. John worked on restoring range of motion in my right hip -motion I didn't even know needed restoring. It was obvious that my health and well-being was his main concern, too, and it was easy to trust him. I walked out of there feeling like I had a new hip. I've already recommended Eastlake Chiropractic to a couple of friends, and will continue to do so. I have remained a regular patient there and will for the foreseeable future, thanks to Dr. Kamell, the enjoyable staff and Tamara and John."

"I am your garden variety middle aged gal who overdoes it sometimes and needs a little adjustment. I have probably been to 4-5 chiropractors over the years. Dr. Kamell is the best! Mild adjustments, great support. I haven't felt this good, consistently, in ages. Also, the office staff are friendly, organized, on time, accurate billing, etc. Highly recommend them!!"

"I go see Dr. Kamell about once a month for a "tune up". At my ripe old age, I want to make sure I keep my vertebras moving! I really appreciate Dr. Kamell's holistic approach. He's not just cracking my back. He is also telling me why it's so tight and how I can help loosen it with the appropriate stretches. As a plus, everybody in the office is very nice and friendly. This is a medical visit I don't dread!"

"After a certain age, I started getting kinks and cricks in predictable spots in my neck and back on a regular basis. I don't know what I would do without Dr. Kamell! He always gets right to the trouble spot and gets the kink out. Every time I leave his office, I feel younger, more flexible, and ache-free. It's gotten to the point that I won't take risks when I'm out of town that I will take if I know I can get in to see Dr. Kamell. So far, he's been able to fix everything I've messed up. He knows what he's doing and I completely trust him with my spine."

"After 17 years of staying very, very far away from chiropractors (my last visit literally put me in the hospital), I went to Dr. Kamell (based on a stellar word-of-mouth recommendation) to help address months of work stress that had knotted up my lower back and limited the flexibility of my spine for everyday activities. Dr. Kamell has a comfortable, friendly ease about him--something I needed to be able to go through with that first appointment. He listened to me carefully, confirmed with me what he understood from me about my current needs and my fears based on that last awful chiropractic experience. He was respectful, verbally checked in, and did not rush me through that critical first appointment. When we finally got to the adjustment, I was calm and ready, and he was clearly paying full attention for any signs of stress in me. Everything went well, and he checked in more afterward to make sure my questions were answered and I was at ease. Over my subsequent visits, Dr. Kamell has demonstrated a whole-system approach to caring for my health, such as: asking about my exercise habits and recommending specific core-strengthening exercises most relevant to my situation; giving me recommendations for self-care at home and complementary care (e.g., massage) and describing in detail how it would enhance my progress; examining how I orient my weight on my feet, describing the impact that has on my spine and helping me adjust that. He is patient with questions (I ask a lot) and does not "dumb down" his answers. Another plus: the office admin, Sam, is a cheerful ray of sunshine and definitely on top of things. It has been a great transition to shift my attitude and experience of chiropractic from dread and fear all the way over to happy satisfaction and a sense of positive collaboration over my health care. I give the individuals (Sam and Dr. Kamell) a lot of credit for this, because they brought genuine awareness and consideration to my health care in addition to solid competence."

"Love Dr Kamell! He's a great chiropractor with a warm heart and wonderful skills! I've been to chiropractors for over 30 years because of several injuries and work related strains. He is definitely one of the best. I first moved to Seattle area about 4 yrs ago and my massage therapist recommended him to me. Dr Kamell helped me to get to the root of a big problem I had- by ordering the appropriate tests and referring me to the right people until I was properly diagnosed and successfully treated. What I'm saying is he didn't simply adjust me - he listened and observed and carefully considered my symptoms and responses to treatments. Now I see him for regular adjustments. Appointments are readily available, he has a friendly, funny, sensible and personable receptionist. It's a well run practice. You'll be in good hands with Dr Lincoln Kamell. I travel from the east side to see him and it's well worth the trip."

"Dr. Kamell and company are as good as it gets. I never have trouble getting an appointment. They are brisk and efficient without ever making me feel like I am being rushed. I've been in and out of chiropractic care (maintenance/preventive) for almost 20 years now, and this office is everything I want and need and nothing I don't. Whether you've been a patient before at other chiropractic offices or you are curious about this amazing healing art, this is the place for you. They are also great at coordinating insurance information and taking care of all that entails. I also get massage here regularly with Rose, who is awesome."

"Simply put, Eastlake Chiropractic and Massage Center has made my life better. I stand up straighter and have more energy on a day to day basis as a result of my therapies. If you are debating whether or not you should try Chiroptractic Therapy for whatever issues you may be experiencing, I would say this is the place to give it a go. The staff and doctors give 1st class service all the way through and are very friendly and helpful."

"Dr. Kamell made it so I could stop getting steroid shots in my lower spine. I've had pain in my lower back and buttocks for over 2 years and the only relief I could get was from corticosteroid injections, which are expensive and can be dangerous. Dr. Kamell does a quick adjustment on me, then puts me on the decompressor for about 15 minutes. It took about 6 sessions to start feeling a difference (and I starting to think it might not be working), but then one day I noticed that my pain was virtually gone. I saw him twice a week for the first 2 weeks, then once a week, and now I see him once every two weeks. After insurance, the amount I pay is ridiculously low. Totally worth it. And Dr. Kamell and the office staff, including his dog Tasha, are just delightful."

"I've been going to Eastlake for about 3 years ago for Chiropractic and Massage. I started seeing Dr Kamell and now Dr Calvin. Dr Calvin also does a blend of chiropractic and physical therapy which is really helping my posture since I sit at a computer all day. They are both excellent chiropractors and I have been to a several in the Puget Sound area and in Spokane when I lived there. I've always had great massages also. I have been to several awesome massage therapists there and like switching around for the variety. Each therapists does it a little different and that is great. I never wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. My partner and I are always telling friends about Eastlake when they mention looking for a chiropractor or massage therapist. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!"

"I have been to several sports medicine doctor's, general practitioner's and massage therapists for a chronic knee problem I'd had for, like, 3 years! It would swell up for a week and I couldn't move it or walk on it without excruciating pain. This happened every couple of months or anytime I would do any sort of physical activity. After 2 MRI's and a million Dr's visits I finally broke down and came here to Dr. Calvin Mulanax. He figured out that it wasn't a joint issue but a tracking issue with my knee cap. He massaged out the scar tissue (which hurt like a Mother-you-know-what!), cracked every joint in my body, and had me do all kinds of rehabilitative strength training. I saw him 2-3 times a week for about 3 months and 1 year after all that work, I'm hiking, biking, running and living life WITHOUT any ongoing therapy! A-mazing! Dr. C is the Bee's Knees (pun intended)! Sam is amazing at the front desk too, very welcoming and friendly. They also have an awesome dog who greets you when you walk in! so adorable! All in all, I highly recommend this place!"

"I have been going to Eastlake Chiropractic since I moved to Seattle in the late 1980s. I have always had friendly, thorough, and respectful treatment from the staff and the doctors. AND, I have been seeing my chiropractor longer than I have seen anyone in this city!"

"Eastlake Chiropractic Center receives 5 stars from me. I have been seeing Dr. Kamell on a regular monthly basis for more than 10 years. (Don't know the exact year I started seeing him). I find him very informative on any question that I have and explains in a language that I understand. I never feel pressured into seeing him. I go for preventive medicine. The staff is very kind which has created a good atmosphere. I highly recommend Dr. Kamell and the rest of the staff to anyone who needs this kind of service."

"I found Dr. Kamell soon after I moved to Seattle because my Doberman needed a veterinary chiropractor. My Dobie liked him so much, and I was so impressed with Dr. Kamell's manner that I decided to go to him for my chiropractic needs. I have been under chiropractic care since I was in two car accidents in 1993 (not a good year for me). Dr. Kamell has a great, sensible approach to patient care. He also has a great sense of humor, so I get pain relief and humor in one stop. Now that's a great value!!"

"We drive from Auburn to Eastlake Chiropractic Center. We have tried a few closer but the quality, level of professionalism and ultimate results just couldn't be matched. "This clinic ensures that you will get back to top performance after an injury.
The office staff go the extra mile to get you in to see the clinical team.
Lincoln utilizes cutting edge technology and good old fashion bed side manner to create an honest and targeted care plan that works.

The health services team is just that, a team working together to ensure an effective clinical solution to the ailments of life.

"Dr Kamell is not only a great chiropractor but also a solid, honest doctor who is dedicated to his patients' recovery.
The office is professional but warm and creative. And there are massage and acupuncture professionals at the center.
And they take most kinds of insurance so there's no hassle in that department!
